I had to reach out to Palram Applications about a cracked panel that was still under warranty, i was bracing myself for a whole dramatic saga. The form itself was simple, so at first I thought, okay great, this might be painless. Then the waiting started, and I swear every time I checked my email and saw nothing, my soul left my body a little.

They asked for photos and proof of purchase, which I totally get and didn’t think was unreasonable at all. But it took a few back-and-forth emails before things actually started moving, and that part made me want to scream into the void just a tiny bit. It wasn’t terrible, just slower and less clear than I hoped.

In the end, they did approve the replacement, so I’m genuinely happy about that and relieved it got sorted. I just wish the whole support process had been faster and more straightforward from the beginning, because the final result was good, but the waiting was absolutely testing my patience.

I ordered from Palram assuming it would arrive within a normal timeframe, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I kept having to check on it myself, which got frustrating after a while. To be fair, the product itself may be totally fine, and if you’re not in a hurry, this might not bother you as much. But in my case, I was expecting it sooner, so the slow delivery made the whole experience feel like more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I ordered a shed panel kit from Palram, my stomach dropped a little when I saw the box. It had a few dents, and one corner was badly crushed, which brought back that familiar feeling of opening something and hoping nothing inside is broken.

Luckily, most of the parts were fine. There were some scuffs on the packaging and one small scratch, but nothing that ruined the kit. I do think they could use better padding, especially for something this size. It wasn’t a disaster, but it did make the whole delivery feel a bit more stressful than it needed to be.

I thought it would feel a little sturdier based on the listing, so I was a bit surprised that some parts seemed kind of thin. That said, for the price, the quality is still decent and it’s been working fine so far. Not perfect, but not a bad buy either.

Overall, I’m happy with it, but putting it together definitely took longer than I expected!! Some pieces lined up without any trouble, while others needed a bit of adjusting and pushing to get in place. The instructions were okay, but I do think they could’ve been clearer. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as quick or easy as I was hoping.

I think all the parts were there, at least I didn’t notice anything missing. It went together smoothly for me, though I was kind of expecting to mess something up

I’m completely convinced this was way too expensive for what I got. There’s just no way the price matches what came in the package.

I got the Palram cover last year, for everyday use it’s been fine. I mostly pay attention to how it holds up when the weather gets rough, since that’s what matters to me. Regular rain hasn’t been a problem, and light wind is okay too. But when we get stronger storms, it does rattle a bit, and I’ve had to go back and tighten a few pieces. I haven’t seen any major leaks, which is good, but it doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as I was hoping. For the price, I’d say it’s acceptable, just not amazing in bad weather

I got this from palramapplications.com last year, i’m impressed with how well it’s held up. It’s been through heavy rain, some strong winds, and even a bit of snow, and there’s no cracking, bending, or anything weird going on. I figured it might show at least a little wear by now, but it still looks really solid. Assembly took a bit of time, but once it was up, it felt nice and sturdy. So far, I’m really happy with it

The site looks clean overall and it’s easy to use, but at times I felt kind of trapped, like I wasn’t sure where to go next or how to get back to what I needed. Still, the design itself is nice and simple.
